March 2017 Update
Math 8 classes are currently working their way through a statistics unit where they plot, describe and analyze scatter plot data. They also will explore two-way frequency tables - creating, analyzing, and interpreting the data they categorize. After their statistics unit, students will be working through a brief geometry unit on volume of solid shapes with circular bases aka cones, spheres, and cylinders.
Math I students will be working through a dual unit where they study exponential functions at school and explore geometry concepts at home. Most of their geometry unit will be through a canvas course or OneNote. They will have a sheet with all due dates on it.
