We should begin workouts soon, but I have not been notified of a date yet.  We will have tryouts in early December. 
While we wait, I ask that you do the following workout 5 days a week. Those of you that run cross country can modify, but make sure you are shooting:


Basketball workout


5 days a week and write it down


Shooting, 50 made shots:

5 layups each side

5 each side of lane

5 each side 15 feet move around

10 3’s from 5 spots

10 free throws


200 hard pound dribble each hand

50 behind back, back and forth

50 between legs, hop and alternate


50 burpees


10 made shots beyond 15 feet.
