We should begin workouts soon! We will possibly have tryouts in early December. 
While we wait, you could brush up on your skills and do the following workout! Those of you that run cross country can modify, but make sure you are shooting:


Basketball workout


5 days a week and write it down


Shooting, 50 made shots:

5 layups each side

5 each side of lane

5 each side 15 feet move around

10 3’s from 5 spots

10 free throws


200 hard pound dribble each hand

50 behind back, back and forth

50 between legs, hop and alternate


50 burpees


10 made shots beyond 15 feet.
