Popcorn Balls

3 Cups popcorn, popped

2 T. butter

2 ¼ Cups mini marshmallows

1 C. honey-nut toasted oat cereal

1/3 C. pretzel sticks, broken into pieces

(1/4 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts, salted, optional, you can add fruit cereal – ½  cup and reduce honey nut cereal to ½ cup)

  1. Prepare 3 cups of popcorn using stove top, microwave, or popcorn popper.

  2. Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add marshmallows; cook 2 mins. Remove from heat. Add popcorn and remaining ingredients; stir. Cool 2 minutes. Form into 10 (3-inch) balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Cool 5 minutes.
