Ms. Weatherman

Hello all!

My name is Sarah Weatherman, and I am from Morganton, North Carolina.  Morganton is just an hour east down the mountain from Asheville.  I moved to Asheville in 2009 and received my Bachelor's Degree from The University of North Carolina at Asheville.  I am a certified mathematics teacher for grades 6-12, as well as an educator for special services.  

I enjoy outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, climbing, camping, and more.  Anything Mother Nature has to offer is usually right up my alley! 

I love my job here at Owen Middle School and hope to continue making a positive difference with the community of The Swannanoa Valley.
